NEW BOOK: My Perfect Cousin

My new, quick-read novel MY PERFECT COUSIN is out today!

Ruby can’t stand her oh-so-perfect cousin Yasmin. It’s bad enough that Yasmin has all the luck, but worse still, she seems to enjoy rubbing Ruby’s nose in it. But there’s always two sides to every story, isn’t there?
It was a lot of fun to write about Ruby and Yasmin, and I’ve written the book in two halves, with Ruby’s story first, followed by Yasmin’s point of view.

As for the illustrations, I have to give a shout-out to Sofia Miller Salazar, who not only drew the gorgeous cover, but provided brilliant black and white illustrations throughout the book too.

BTW, this book is perfect if you just want a quick, bite-size bit of family drama, but this is one of my books for inclusive publisher Barrington Stoke, so the pages are tinted and the sentences are spaced out to make it a smooth read for anyone with dyslexia too.

Hope you enjoy it!
