It’s the day of the school trip and Alfie and Kat take an interactive ride at the museum… but find themselves tumbling back in time to a Viking village! Kat’s sure it’s some kind of prank for social media, but Alfie isn’t so sure. The problem is, how will they get back to the present day and their classmates?
The Accidental Vikings’ is inspired by the back-in-time ride at the wonderful JORVIK VIKING CENTRE museum in York.
I first went there when my kiddo was in Yr3 and studying the Vikings at school, and the two of us & went again for book research purposes – and LOLs – last year (kiddo now 23!).
